Location: can be based from anywhere in the Philippines

As Nas Academy expands its course offerings, we are looking for someone to join our Community Operations team as a Crypto Community Manager for our Crypto Courses. The role requires you to be knowledgeable in Crypto and Non-Fungible Tokens (NFT's), great at multi-tasking, highly efficient, and have a knack for chat support and moderation.

Responsibilities

• Support course programs for start to finish, and new course launches
• Moderate community groups on Discord and WhatsApp, and keeping the student engaged
• Troubleshoot problems and/or confusions for students
• Updating documents and coordinate with various teams efficiently
• Responsible for keeping up to date with Crypto and NFT news

Requirements

• Strong interest and a good understanding of Crypto and NFT's
• Experience in building and growing communities on social media (Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram)
• Great multitasker and communicator
