AI Dogg is a groundbreaking project blending AI and blockchain within the Telegram ecosystem, delivering an innovative Tap-to-Earn game and Dogg Lands NFT platform. Founded on August 1, 2025, our dynamic team of 5-10 members is committed to revolutionizing user engagement through gamified decentralized solutions on The Open Network (TON). We aim to scale to 100M daily active users and establish Doggverse as a leading metaverse by 2026.

2. Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking passionate and influential individuals to join our marketing team in the following roles:

Marketing Manager:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote AI Dogg and Dogg Lands NFTs.
• Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and Web3 projects to drive brand awareness.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for user acquisition.
• Coordinate with the team to align marketing efforts with project milestones.

Content Creator:

• Produce engaging content (memes, videos, tutorials) for Telegram, X, and YouTube.
• Create viral campaigns to boost community engagement and project visibility.
• Develop educational content about AI Dogg’s Tap-to-Earn and NFT features.

Community Manager:

• Manage and grow Telegram and Discord communities for AI Dogg.
• Organize AMAs, giveaways, and events to foster user interaction.
• Respond to community queries and maintain a positive, engaging environment.

3. Requirements:

General:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or community management in Web3 or related fields.
• Proven ability to drive engagement and grow online communities (Telegram, X, Discord).
• Minimum 100K followers on X to ensure significant reach and influence.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Minimum 8-month commitment to the project.

Role-Specific:

• Marketing Manager: Expertise in Web3 marketing, campaign planning, and data analysis (e.g.,
• Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Content Creator: Proficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere), graphic design (e.g., Photoshop), and meme creation.
• Community Manager: Experience managing Telegram/Discord communities (5,000+ members) and organizing online events.

4. Nice-to-have:

• Experience with TON ecosystem or Telegram-based projects.
• Familiarity with NFT marketplaces, DeFi protocols, or Tap-to-Earn models.
• Tools: Canva, Figma, Hootsuite, Notion.
• Network with Web3 influencers or KOLs.

5. Compensation & Opportunities:

• Payment Structure: This is a collaborative partnership. Compensation will be provided in $DOGG tokens, with the amount determined based on the candidate’s X follower count:
• 100K-250K followers: Base allocation of $DOGG tokens.
• 250K-500K followers: 1.5x base allocation.
• 500K+ followers: 2x base allocation or higher (negotiable).
• Tokens will be subject to a 6-month vesting period to align with project growth.\
• Payment Timing: Token distribution begins after Christmas (January 2026).
