We're looking for a talented Lead Blockchain Engineer (with Java) to join our experienced and friendly team!

You will lead a team of 10+ developers for a project sponsored by the EU. The tasks will include coordinating and prioritizing work between different teams, working closely with the core team, and working on complex features that will contribute to the software package delivered for the EU.

About Our Customer:
The customer`s company was founded in 2014 and is an early pioneer of what is now dubbed as "blockchain 2.0"​ technology. Thanks to their blockchain experts, the customer provides a platform for creating smart contracts and issuing and transferring assets through blockchain. They have also been working with the Swedish Land Registry, other institutions, and financial companies to provide smart contract solutions for real estate.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of professional experience, including leading tech teams
• Languages and frameworks: Java/Kotlin/SQL/PostgreSQL
• Architecture & platforms: AWS; Google Cloud; Rest; Docker
• Methods: Agile Methods
• Experience working with blockchain enterprise solutions is a plus
• Experience with Hyperledger Besu or R3 Corda is a plus
• Academic background/Enterprise-level tech documentation experience
• Languages: English is a working language

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team
• Produce code
• Write unit tests and code that adheres to coding standards
• Provide technical support
• Work both independently and in close collaboration with others in the team; facilitate effective communication with geographically distributed team members
• Communicate with the customer on a regular basis
• Implement security and data protection
• Identify, monitor, and resolve project-related issues
