We’re on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resource team to help grow our team in Indonesia and South East Asia.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be supporting the Senior Talent Acquisition initiatives on building and managing the end-to-end recruitment process across departments.

In this role, you will:

• Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Initiatives
  • Work closely with the Sr TA by providing qualified leads for recruitment purposes, schedule interviews, database management, and help guardrail the candidate experience/satisfaction throughout the recruitment process
• Support the Employer Branding Initiatives
  • Reach out and connect to potential third parties for recruitment-related events to help enlarge the talent pool
