Responsibilities

• Assist CHRO with sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

• Keep candidate pipelines and team communication flowing

• Proactively search for talent beyond TON Jobs (Telegram, job boards, etc)

• Maintain HR records, schedules, and support policy rollouts

Requirements

• Some experience in HR or admin roles (internship or part-time is okay)

• Good communication and people skills

• Russian language is a must-have (please confirm in your application)

• Bonus: Familiarity with Web3, crypto, or gaming communities
