As part of our growth, we’re seeking a dynamic Growth Partnerships Manager to spearhead our business development efforts. This role will be instrumental in forging key infrastructure and commercial partnerships that accelerate adoption of our Layer 2 solution.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships Development
Identify, prospect, and secure high-impact partnerships with critical infrastructure providers such as exchanges, custodians, and stablecoin projects.
Establish relationships with institutional funds, venture capital firms, and other key stakeholders to foster adoption of Layer 2 solutions within their portfolios.
Deal Execution
Lead end-to-end deal processes, including identifying opportunities, negotiating terms, and closing partnerships.
Design and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to drive mutual growth and ecosystem development.
Market Analysis
Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and challenges in the crypto and DeFi ecosystems.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to shape the foundation’s partnership and growth strategies.
Ecosystem Engagement
Represent the foundation at industry conferences, webinars, and partner events to build brand presence and foster relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, and marketing) to ensure alignment and execution of partnership initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
Experience
4+ years in business development, partnerships, or related roles in the crypto, fintech, or technology sectors.
Proven track record of closing high-impact deals, particularly with exchanges, stablecoin providers, institutional funds, or VCs.
Skills
Deep understanding of the Layer 2 landscape, DeFi, and blockchain infrastructure.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
Mindset
Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
