What you’ll do 👀

• Grow MoonPay’s global paid growth acquisition strategy to drive efficient user acquisition at scale.
• Develop and manage all paid marketing channels and programs.
• Unlock new opportunities to invest and grow our paid channels owning execution, analysis and scaling the best opportunities through high-velocity, rigorous testing
• Manage tracking and reporting on campaign and creative performance to uncover growth and optimisation opportunities
• Identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, display network and other areas of paid search to meet company goals
• Owning spend and performance targets working with finance and key teams to ensure we are able to deliver our ambitious growth targets

You should apply if ✅

• 5+ years of experience across growth and acquisition at a high-growth company
• Previous experience in working for a technology company (ideally crypto)
• Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels including paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, video, etc.
• An eye for great creative, an understanding of paid ad creative best practices, and experience collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop assets
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities - can get data to answer your question and generate clear insights. Experience writing SQL queries and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau and Looker) is preferred.
• Experience with programmatic platforms and media buys
• Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager master
• Familiarity with mobile advertising and marketing channels (i.e. paid ads, SEO, ASO, in-product, push, email) and growth models (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
