We are currently 6 PMs, 1 Solutions Engineer and 3 UI/UX designers in the MoonPay Product Team. Our product team works across all areas of MoonPay (internal and external). We currently have 2 verticals with 4 squads in each.

Our customer experience vertical includes squads that focus on Core products (including NFTs, on-ramps and concierge), Partner Experience, Growth, and Marketing.

Our infrastructure and payments vertical includes squads that focus on Payments, Compliance, Fraud and Crypto Infrastructure.

What you’ll do 👀

  • You will take complete ownership of our Infrastructure and Payments vertical.
  • Set out the vision and strategy for your vertical and work with the PMs in your vertical to execute on this vision.
  • Build out top level metrics to understand and monitor the health of your product vertical.
  • Mentor and manage some of the most talented Product Managers in Web3.
  • Establish best practice inside your vertical to accelerate delivering value to our users at a high velocity.
  • Continue to build out your product organization and help scale our company.
  • Report directly to SVP Engineering and Product.

You should apply if ✅

  • You have worked at world class hyper growth companies such as Uber, Coinbase, Facebook, Airbnb or the like.
  • You have helped build and deliver products that impact tens of millions of people.
  • You have worked directly on optimizing payments infrastructure or worked on fraud and compliance in a heavily regulated industry.
  • You have reported directly to c-level executives on organizational health and top level metrics.
  • You have successfully scaled product teams from few to many in a short period of time.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering high impact with your organization.
  • You have had some experience or exposure to Web3.
  • You have coached and helped progress world class PMs.

  • Recruiter call (20-30 minutes)
  • Initial screen with Anders Hasselstrøm, Director of Product (45 minutes)
  • Interview with CTO and co-founders Victor Fafamond (45 minutes)
  • Interviews with management
  • Final interview CEO Ivan.
