We are looking for an Android Engineer to join our Exchange development team to rapidly create, iterate and launch high quality software that empower users all over the world.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Take part in feature design and development. Work close to designers, PM and customer success team
• Build software that delivers an innovative user experience, and handles low latency high throughput trades for users around the globe
• Write well-tested, reliable code, and review peers’ code and give feedback
• Proactively collaborate with team members, ensuring the sharing of knowledge and efficient division of labor.
• Propose new ideas for the app: technical improvements or features
• Take your, and other peoples, code to production

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• At least 5 years of experience working with Java / Kotlin and the Android SDK and have at least two apps in the store
• Experience with reactive programming (Flow/Coroutines preferred)
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is preferred
• You are excited about using the latest Android features to build the best app in class
• You feel ownership over everything you ship—you'd never call code "released" until you’re confident it’s correct
• Unit testing/TDD and achieving a high level of coverage should be second nature to you
• You should be able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our massive growth and rapidly evolving business environment
• Knowledge of crypto (as in cryptocurrency, not as in cryptography)
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various team members around the world
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You enjoy learning new things
