Responsibilities:

• Develop user growth marketing strategy for Fan Token business including but not limited to user campaigns, product development and marketing plans.
• Identify market and users needs, design product offerings and work with product managers to implement and launch it to the marketInitiate specific campaign and marketing proposal, and work closely with other internal teams (product team, data team and external partner) to delivery results.
• Measure ROI of campaigns across channels and translate findings into actionable, data-driven recommendations in order to improve future performance.
• Copy-writing and proof-reading content pieces, including announcement, social media, communications etc.
• Understand the dynamics of the industry, guide and enhance the user readership and following rate through content planning and other means.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in developing marketing strategy in driving user growth, hands on experience in operations, community management.
• Sports (Football in particular) and gaming background is desirable.
• Knowledge of user acquisition, lifecycle management, and gamification is desirable.
• Knowledge in NFT is highly preferred.
• User insight and modelling skills with strong business sense.
• Basic knowledge about data analysis tool, proficient using excel is a must.
• Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the communities and partners.
• Fluency in English and Chinese speaking is a plus.
• Fully remote, open to candidates from different country in Asia/Europe time zone.
