Bonfire is a mission-based startup focused on democratizing access to real estate through Web3. Our model is very simple: we transform income-producing assets into tokens that get purchased by DAOs that are managed on our platform.

Bonfire's two cofounders previously sold three startups and the team recently launched (and quickly sold out) our MVP consisting on a $310,000 single family rental in North Carolina and are looking for a badass growth hacker/marketer to turbocharge our growth.

Job Description

We are looking for someone with a passion (and experience) for blockchain/Web3 who also knows how to navigate Web2. This person will be empirically-driven, self-driven, creative, and

excited by - to quote Steve Jobs - to "make a dent in the Universe".

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to grow our network of buyers by at least 10x
• Partner with your peers in Product Management and Community Management to drive adoption, engagement, referrals and revenue

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in SENIOR marketing role in web3 with a proven track record
• Experience successfully guiding marketing in an early stage start-up
• History of launching successful campaigns using components of guerrilla, grassroots, and viral marketing
• Experience building reporting dashboards and KPIs
• Demonstrated effective leadership - people management experience is important. We look at you as a leader and someone who will build out a division

The Details

Compensation will be comprised of cash, equity, and Bonfire tokens. We are a remote-first company with quarterly in-person off-sites.
