Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth who is familiar with the web3 ecosystem and can work closely with the founders. You will be laser focused on growing awareness and bringing C3 to market. You will be at the forefront of shaping business development, marketing, communication, and community engagement. You are able to identify market opportunities and create pragmatic strategies to grow our user base. While the role will be strategic, we are initially looking for someone who is happy to get their hands dirty and do the work themselves.

Skills & Requirements:

• Growth strategy and planning - Design and execute the go-to-market strategy for C3 alongside the founders to increase user base, awareness and trading volume on C3, which may also include determining communication, referral programs, product features, and partnerships strategies.
• Execution of growth plan - Own execution of all growth activities, including on-hands execution. Drive partnerships and integrations that increase the value of our ecosystem including leading local marketing partnerships across 4-5 different countries and leveraging web3 tools to grow our community and user base (e.g. NFT drops, referral programs, token incentives). This will also include building the core growth functions within C3 for scale.
• Content marketing and social outreach - Lead efforts on content marketing and engagement with our community (social media, events, etc).
• External Visibility - Drive visibility of C3 via PR, conferences, speaking arrangements.
• Reporting and metrics - Focus on providing fact-based reporting on growth performance and decision making and ability to identify important growth metrics.
• Ad hoc - Work on ad hoc strategic and operational project: can range from creating and executing growth strategies for a specific region to smaller related growth related projects.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience managing agency partners and also have an appetite for building a team
• Create, recommend, and manage a budget
• Experience creating and running referral programs customized by jurisdiction

• Track record of creating tangible impact on key metrics
• Experience with finance, fintech, defi, crypto, web3 communities preferred
