🟣 Lead Product Brand Marketer

Ackee Blockchain Security

This job is closed

Make Ackee Blockchain Security the most respected name in smart contract audits.

👋 About Ackee Blockchain Security

For the past three years, Ackee Blockchain Security has been committed to making Web3 safer. We’ve audited top-tier protocols like Lido, Safe, and Axelar, and we develop open-source security tools like Wake for Ethereum and Trident for Solana — supported by grants from Coinbase and the Solana Foundation.

We’re backed by RockawayX and we choose every member of our team very carefully, intentionally remaining small in numbers (25) because we are all about the best people experience.

👇

We’re a security-first engineering team on a mission to be the leaders of the current cycle.

Now we’re looking for someone who can tell that story — and make the ecosystem believe it.

💡 About the Role
You won’t be managing a team.

You won’t be writing decks and sitting in meetings.

You’ll be the hands-on lead who connects our smart contract research, open-source releases, and deep audit work into one sharp, credible, visible narrative.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of:

  • Product marketing (Wake, Trident, Wakehacker launches)
  • Thought leadership (audit insights → content)
  • Web3-native storytelling (Twitter, GitHub, dev communities)

Your work will directly influence how protocols perceive us, how developers discover us, and why we’re chosen as a premium partner for protocol security.

🧩 What You’ll Actually Do

🔀 Turn products into positioning

  • Package tool updates into meaningful releases (e.g. “Wake v0.6 – Invariant Revolution”)
  • Brief designers, content creators, and project partners to coordinate cross-channel launches
  • Ensure landing pages, docs, tweets, and videos all reflect the right story and tone
  • Plan and execute product GTM moments — from messaging to timing to community management

🧠 Turn audits into influence

  • Collaborate with auditors to extract findings, patterns, and insights
  • Work with our Cursor IDE-based GitHub flow to refine and publish high-quality technical content
  • Pair with our content creator (already on the team) to translate that into shareable Twitter content
  • Position Ackee as the expert in safe smart contract development

💪 Own the narrative

  • Define what Ackee stands for — and reflect that across blog intros, tweets, conference bios, and launch visuals
  • Shape how our open-source work supports our audit brand (just like Slither supports Trail of Bits)
  • Keep a pulse on the ecosystem: what’s trending, what’s missing, and where our voice fits

👋 Be present in the ecosystem

  • Plan Twitter campaigns, coordinate with partners and devs for reach
  • Reply to posts, quote tweet users, follow up post-launch
  • Create and manage relationships with adjacent projects, contributors, and KOLs

✅ You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have launched OSS or developer tools in web3 or dev tooling startups
  • Can read GitHub releases, listen to devs talk about invariants, and turn that into a clear tweet or blog post
  • Know what earns credibility on Twitter, in docs, and in design
  • Don’t wait for someone else to write the copy or assign the task — you do it, review it, and ship it

🤝 You’ll Work With:

  • Content Creator – who already works in Cursor IDE/GitHub and edits technical posts
  • Design Team – expert freelancers sitting with us in the same office
  • Technical Product Owners – for each tool (Wake, Trident, Wakehacker)
  • Audit Team – who produce some of the sharpest raw security content in the space
  • CEO – former marketing lead, gives brand input, not day-to-day management
  • Sales Team – already effective in audit sales, you’ll feed them stories and credibility

💸 What We Offer:

Besides financial compensation, we offer:

  • Real impact: We’re already one of the most technically respected teams in the space. You’ll be the reason more people know that.
  • Creative freedom: We care about results, not red tape. Bring your ideas and ship them.
  • Crypto-native perks: Market-competitive salary, equity options, remote-friendly with office option, and a yearly offsite.
  • Credibility by association: You’ll be working with people who’ve audited the top protocols in the world — and who still love talking about code and security.
