Your mission As Senior Product Marketing Specialist for Bitpanda’s Stocks and Card products, you will be responsible for boosting awareness, adoption, and engagement across our investing and spending solutions. You’ll act as the link between Product, Marketing, and local markets to design go-to-market strategies that successfully bring new features to life and drive real customer impact. With strong storytelling skills and a customer-first mindset, you’ll transform complex product benefits into simple, motivating messages that empower users to invest and spend smarter with Bitpanda. What you’ll do
Own the product marketing strategy and positioning for Stocks and Card, ensuring clear narratives that resonate with users. Track and analyse funnel health and user behaviour across investor and cardholder segments, developing strategies to boost acquisition, activity, and retention. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Support, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful go-to-market initiatives — from new product launches to ongoing campaigns and customer engagement programs. Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that raise awareness, reinforce trust, and drive deeper engagement. Set up reporting and analytics frameworks to measure adoption, retention, and revenue contribution, translating insights into actionable strategies.
Who you are
Proven product marketing experience (fintech strongly preferred). Solid understanding of consumer investing, with the ability to translate product mechanics into clear, user‑focused benefits. Data-driven and results-oriented, with experience measuring funnel health and campaign performance. Strong project management and collaboration skills, confident navigating across product, marketing, and customer-facing teams. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities to differentiate Bitpanda’s products in a competitive and fast-moving market.
