We are looking to bring on a Growth Marketing Manager to join the marketing team at Magic Eden. This role will be responsible for driving user growth through SEO, as well as increasing user engagement and retention through strategic lifecycle marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have high analytical and technical proficiency, be a great team player, and be a creative thinker.Knowledge of the NFT space, while not required, will be a significant asset.
This role will be based in the United States.
Responsibilities:
SEO:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience growth
- Develop and implement internal link-building strategies to enhance site structure and user navigation
- Execute external link-building initiatives to increase site authority and drive traffic.
- Strategize on ranking for various keywords, tailoring approaches to different content types and user intents
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve site health score by addressing technical issues such as broken links, orphan pages, and page load speed optimizations
Lifecycle Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns for user intervention and retention, ensuring messages are targeted, engaging, and timely
- Expand lifecycle marketing efforts to include push notifications, employing segmentation and personalization to maximize effectiveness
- Innovate on methods for email collection to grow the database with highly engaged users
- Analyze and report on the performance of SEO and lifecycle marketing activities, using insights to iterate and improve
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in growth marketing, with a strong focus in SEO and lifecycle marketing strategies in a consumer-facing technology environment
- Technical proficiency with SEO & Lifecycle tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Onesignal, Mailchimp)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, and engineering teams
- Strong creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to ideate, execute, and measure the impact of campaigns
- Decent communication skills with excellent project management skills.
- Experience or deep interest in the NFT/web3 space is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

The compensation for this position will vary based on geography and other factors (including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations). The base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. Additionally, this full-time role is eligible to receive benefits, as well as participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer package will be at the company’s sole discretion.
