Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with proven experience in the blockchain/Web3 domain to spearhead our marketing initiatives. As a Web3 CMO at ELSIA, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that align with our vision and drive our brand’s growth in the dynamic Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities

  5. Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering innovation and encouraging professional growth.
  6. Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  7. Establish partnerships and collaborations with industry leaders, enhancing ELSIA’s visibility and reputation in the blockchain community.
  8. Oversee PR strategies to ensure consistent and positive brand representation in the media.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  2. 8+ years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven experience in blockchain/Web3 company marketing, with a successful track record of managing token launches.
  4. In-depth knowledge of the blockchain industry, including trends, technologies, and key players.
  5. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
  6. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Analytical and strategic thinking with a results-driven approach.
  8. Familiarity with the legal and regulatory landscape of the blockchain sector.
