TRON is looking for a Marketing Operation Manager passionate about the blockchain / cryptocurrency industry to join our growing and dynamic Marketing Team. This role will function as a thought partner to the Associate Director, Marketing Operations in establishing the new Marketing Operations Planning department and executing against key objectives to drive efficiencies and scale.

You will:

  • Independently source and onboard crypto exchange/payment partners
  • Optimize processes for listing
  • Act as a full service researcher for exchange partners
  • Engaging with exchange partners about their marketing plans
  • Keep exchange partners posted about all our major updates
  • Coordinating with US marketing teams to implement the exchange marketing calendar
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, matrix project teams, partners, and senior leadership both inside and outside the company
  • Maintains knowledge of current blockchain trends within the discipline to understand broader requirements.

Who you are:

  • Have deep connection with major crypto exchanges/payment partners
  • Experience with crypto and/or legacy finance markets trading systems and knowledge of current trends facing traders/trading desks directly.
  • Well informed about the debate on regulation of cryptocurrencies worldwide
  • This is an individual contributor role that reports to a Mark who values in-the-moment coaching, weekly one on ones as well as autonomy to allow you to own your success
  • Passionate about bringing crypto to a wider audience and driving adoption
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with serious attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Blockchain and cryptocurrency experience is a must
  • Bilingual in mandarin Chinese is a must
  • This role requires travel
