The challenge
We’re searching for a special someone with creative flair to join our team as a Designer. Your mission, should you choose to accept, will be to create dazzling visuals that reflect Change’s brand, resonate with our growing community and supports our Marketing strategy.
Proactive, hands-on and a lover of details are just a few words we’d use to describe our ideal designer. You’ll be a Figma fan and Adobe artist working across a multitude of areas like brand, social media and web. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be responsible for interpreting design briefs and taking complete ownership of the creative process through to final implementation.
Working as part of Marketing, you’ll be the first designer joining this growing team. That means you’ll play an essential role in helping shape Change’s visual DNA.
