Project description
You’ll work with the Braintrust Marketing team, using data and experimentation to supercharge our network growth. You’ll help manage talent acquisition, conversion, A/B testing, and reporting.
This position will run iterative tests throughout the funnel, and use the results to craft updates that lift key performance metrics. You’ll use data and optimization tools to gain insights and iterate to improve campaign success metrics, helping us better target and convert our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies for talent acquisition
- Establish A/B and multivariate testing agendas to test subject lines, content, cadence and segmentation to constantly improve results
- Manage and test landing pages; track engagement and experiment to optimise
- Measure results, analyse data and effectively communicate the impact of campaigns
- Develop ad copy, deploy and optimise paid marketing campaigns
- Work with the Braintrust team to assist in daily operations and respond where support is needed
About you
- You love to solve difficult problems and care about driving business impact
- You excel at exploring multiple solutions and knowing when to use your expertise to choose the best path forward
- You possess a high sense of project ownership and drive to exceed goals from traffic to conversion
Required experience
- 4+ experience with digital marketing initiatives, email marketing, SEO/SEM, web analytics and tracking or social media marketing
- Experience with creative, clever and concise copywriting
- Experience with email and marketing automation systems (Mixmax/Outreach/Salesloft, HubSpot, Active Campaign and Zapier are ideal)
