KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Global Social Media Coordinator will support social innovation and trend forecasting and also support community management, analytics, data, and provide ad-hoc back-end support.


SOCIAL STRATEGY

Support competitor analysis and trend research to help drive social strategy by compiling trending topics and campaign performance for monthly reports

Support social advocacy by assisting on campaigns and pilot projects

Support Web 3.0 (Metaverse + NFT) strategy and pilot projects

DATA

Support in monthly reporting of performance, points of improvement, market KPIs, and markets branding/ voice monitoring.

Support local market governance KPI data (Retro-tagging all DMI assets, DMI content adoption, Sprinklr adoption, response rate)

Monitor DMI delivered campaign performance and adoption and provide social listening to inform futurecampaign optimizationand trend forecasting for Content Team


PLATFORMS EXECUTION

Support TikTokcontent production by creating monthly packages of content

Support research on emerging / first-to market opportunities andtechnologies by managing Net Base for social listeningcapabilities

Support Global Assistant Social Media Manager in the creation of social platform guidelines

Manage Client Global YouTubepage, uploading videos for local markets as needed

Manage Client Global Facebook page, scheduling posts in Sprinklr as needed


COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

Support Global Assistant Social Media Manager in the creation of FAQ guides for channels to get on new animations, ongoing communications,and any other considerations.

Support community management by responding to all inbound DMI messages (via Sprinklr)

Create engagement tactics for tier A campaigns and new launches to support local markets duringanimations

Monitor local market posts across all platform ensuring adherence toClientcreative guidelines (content governance)


OTHER

UPS/Messenger Management (i.e making labels, scheduling messengers)

Digital native or digital immigrant with experience and frequent usage of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook in addition to key social analytics tools

Experience building digital awareness campaigns – preferably in beauty and international contexts

Tools: Net Base, Sprinkler, Rival IQ, Domo
