Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and visionary Director of Member Experience to create a world-class experience for our NFT holders. This includes coordinating online and in-person events, optimizing the onboarding funnel, building customer support systems, and creating clear and concise materials for our holders to easily understand. This role requires building systematic mechanisms to collect and prioritize the community's most pressing issues and ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a comprehensive user experience strategy to enhance the overall product offering.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve user experience and provide recommendations for innovative solutions.
- Organize and manage online and in-person events to promote and educate the community on the product and its features.
- Develop and maintain an efficient onboarding process for new users, ensuring a seamless experience from beginning to end.
- Build a robust customer support system that is user-friendly, responsive, and proactive in identifying and solving issues.
- Create high-quality materials such as FAQs, tutorials, and videos that are easy to understand for our NFT holders.
- Establish feedback loops and build systems to collect and prioritize community feedback and ideas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior user experience/operations role with a focus on designing and implementing user-centric experiences.
- Deep knowledge of best practices in user experience design, usability, and interaction design.
- Experience working with tools such as Zapier, Webflow, Figma, or other similar tools.
- Knowledge of data analytics, A/B testing, and other user experience research methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on-time results.
- Familiarity with NFTs, blockchain technology, and the Web3 ecosystem is a plus.
