Our core product is the world's first carbon-backed collectible called an Ecosapien that makes it 1-click easy for you to sequester real life carbon all while showcasing your impact through digital art. Ecosapiens is backed by leading venture capital firms: Boost VC, Menlo Ventures, Slow Ventures, and CRV. This is a highly entrepreneurial role with high autonomy, you’ll be working directly with the CEO as Chief of Staff to help pick apart and build new products, unpack business opportunities, connect internal tissue between teams, and get involved in our community. This is a role for someone that wants to be a founder in the future or lead an entire org within the company, all while making a positive impact on the planet. Position is located in NYC or SF.
Responsibilities:
- PRODUCT MANAGEMENT/BIZDEV: Unpack new areas of opportunity for the company, this includes new product development, chasing down business development opportunities, taking first call with prospective partners. Be a mini-entrepreneur within the company
- CONNECT INTERNAL TISSUE/OPPS: Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires
- MARKETING/COMMUNITY: get involved within the climate and NFT communities, publishing content and thought leadership. Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with preparation and dissemination of communications

Preferred skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or startups
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field / MBA nice to have
- Previous experience in climate tech, consumer tech, or web3 is nice to have, not necessary
- Low ego, high humility, and get sh*t done startup attitude
- Innate and natural curiosity, you go out of your way to study up on the market and key players
- High EQ: it's easy for you to build and maintain relationships
- Exceptional communication skills. You can write a convincing essay with ease
