We are looking for a Senior Product Manager on the Everyrealm team. As a product manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and project managing our social networking projects and other metaverse initiatives through the design and development process. In this role, you will be working with designers, developers and business leads all around the world. The candidate must have a genuine interest in NFT projects and a general knowledge of the ecosystem.
From fashion shows, concerts, and games, to NFTs, DAOs, and gaming guilds, Everyrealm does it all. We partner with some of the biggest brands and sports leagues to create great experiences in the metaverse.
Founded in 2021, Everyrealm is one of the most active investors in and developers of the metaverse ecosystem. Everyrealm has holdings in 25 metaverse platforms, has developed more than 100 metaverse real-estate projects, owns over 3,000 NFTs and manages an e-sports gaming guild.
Everyrealm also operates Realm Academy, the premier online educational campus in the metaverse.
What You’ll Do:
- Create well-scoped, well-documented product requirements documents to serve as clear references for developers
- Distill and communicate the product vision to teams, while maintaining and prioritizing a product backlog to ensure that development teams are working on stories that maximize business value
- Guide day-to-day product development and project management
- Perform analyses, seek user feedback, collect/generate ideas and prioritize for development
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders - engineering, business development, marketing, and product peers to refine opportunities and roadmap
- Define detailed requirements and groom the corresponding backlog to deliver features used by large advertisers and advertising platforms across the globe
- Define, manage and track key product delivery KPIs
- Identify and deliver on opportunities to improve our systems and tools - documentation, processes, tools, and systems to improve system stability and robustness
- Develop and cultivate knowledge of our partner and community base, use this to inform product design and improvement
- Partner closely with UI/UX Designers
- Work with the development and design team to create roadmaps and plan upcoming sprints that account for necessary progress towards roadmap initiatives, developer bandwidth, and other factors
- Make use of data and analytics to inform product decisions, including tracking success criteria for new features we launch and designing dashboards from which we can extract product insights
- Think through products from an engineering perspective and scoping down to the highest-impact, lowest-effort solution to the problem.
- Iterate over design concepts with our designers based on findings from user interviews.
- Care deeply about building a best-in-class product.
- You take initiative.
- There is no task too small or “not your job".
- You understand that to begin, you will be required to ask questions and take action.
- You understand the big picture, but still sweat the details: you can manage complex projects that spam multiple teams and relationships (and catch the spelling mistake in this bullet point on the first read)
- Three (3) or more years relevant product management experience with demonstrated success
- A technical background or fluency with engineering concepts in order to clearly communicate product needs to engineers
- The ability to abstract away complexity, both in the context of feature scope and in creating intuitive experiences for our users
- Experience developing a product roadmap and tracking progress towards those initiatives
- Comfort collaborating and communicating with developers at various levels of seniority to ensure product requirements are met
- Interest in metaverse and NFT concepts (blockchain knowledge is not a prerequisite for this position, but we expect the individual hired for this role to be interested and capable of ramping up quickly on this domain, specifically on smart contracts and randomization)
- (Nice to have) Coding fluency or ability
- (Nice to have) Exposure through a previous role to the blockchain ecosystem
- (Nice to have) The ability to create simple, low-fidelity mock-ups in Figma or other design tools
- Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
- Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
- Short Term & Long Term Disability
- Wellness Resources
- Stock Option Plan
- Family Planning and Fertility Benefits
- Adoption Assistance
- Employee Token Plan
- Stock Option Plan
What does NFT mean?
NFT stands for non-fungible token
In the context of cryptocurrency, a non-fungible token is a unique digital asset (ussually an image) that represents ownership of a specific item, such as a work of art
Unlike cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, which are interchangeable and can be divided into smaller units, non-fungible tokens are unique and cannot be divided or exchanged for other tokens on a one-to-one basis.
