We are looking for a detail-oriented sourcer to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill software engineering relevant positions.

You should be focused, hard-working, and think outside the box to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

To be a successful sourcer, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Search for job candidates using various sources such as databases, internet recruiting resources, networking, job fairs, media advertisements, recruiting firms, or employee referrals
  • Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms
  • Creating attractive job materials and posting on various channels
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements
  • Arranging and conducting telephone, video, or in-person interviews
  • Monitors and reports quality and quantity of resumes on a daily/weekly basis
  • Tracks and reports sourcing results

Requirements

  • 1 year+ experience in a headhunting firm and in a company.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written/spoken)
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
  • Highly proficient in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Demonstrate strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality, hands-on, achievement-oriented, detail and deadline orientated, independent, responsible and a team player.
  • Experience in all areas of IT recruiting (developers/engineers, researchers etc.), especially sourcing for recent technologies will be a plus
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and autonomously, while exhibiting exceptional team skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail is required along with the ability to identify and offer ideas for continuous improvement and innovation in our overall talent acquisition life cycle
