CRYT is a new crypto exchange platform, founded by market leaders of the traditional finance industry to address the existing frustrations in the crypto industry regarding simplicity and transparency. We believe crypto is the natural evolution in the future of transfer of value for the world's economy. However, the adoption will not happen if crypto trading remains a complex and opaque domain, available and understood only by fintech-savvy individuals.

About you

We are actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Crypto) with experience in the Crypto market to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. This will be a key position to support the successful growth of CRYT. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment, collaborating with stakeholders and head-hunting talented professionals from the Crypto market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Using effective hiring tools and techniques to identify talent within the Crypto market
  • Screening, interviewing and qualifying candidates
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations with effective communication and business partnering abilities
  • Providing hiring activity reports
  • Work closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and strategic direction for growth
  • Staying connected with market trends and the Crypto network
  • Researching and mapping out competitors and candidate pools per region

What you’ll need

  • Experience recruiting in the Crypto market
  • To be comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • To have effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing multiple vacancies at one time
  • A good understanding of the Crypto industry

Desirable

  • Previous experience working in a start-up Crypto environment would be a significant advantage
