As Eco’s People Operations Manager, you will:

• Manage all aspects of key HR operations (payroll, benefits administration, onboarding & offboarding, rewards & recognition, etc) to ensure delivery of a best-in-class employee experience
• Identify and implement program enhancements that blow the minds of our employees on the daily
• Provide oversight of our third party vendors to include vendor selection and ongoing vendor management
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal and international regulations
• Implement process improvements to ensure our programs are well managed, meet necessary state and local requirements, and position us to grow and inspire our employee base
• Support the development, management and communication of key HR policies and processes

• Are passionate about the employee experience, and creating programs that make our employees proud
• Recognize the value of getting the operations right and know how to identify, implement and manage quality processes
• Love the People function and the opportunity we have to impact our employee’s work and lives
• Have deep HR operational experience including development and management of HR policies, procedures, processes, and best practices; bonus if you have HR experience in a high-growth startup environment!
