Job Responsibilities:
- Support business on markets and projects implementation/expansion
- Support merchants on pre/post implementation - Eg. Onboarding, marketing campaigns, expansion, troubleshooting
- Ideate and enable processes to improvise business and operations implementations
- Build and improve reconciliation & settlements processes in Card and Pay regions
- Identify potential operational gaps in settlement with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with various tech teams for automation
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders to drive automation processes
- Procurement, payments and fundings to respective partners
- Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to develop and form processes for token operations
- Fee and cost analysis on pricing models with potential partner
- Tabulate PNL costings for Card and Pay Program
Job Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years in payment operations experience
- Good knowledge in Card Payment industry, various payment networks like Mastercard, VISA
- Good knowledge in Card payments funds flow and merchant operations
- Basic Knowledge on finance report preparations - Eg. PNL, business reports
- Business operations such as account management and finance reconciliation experience is preferred
- Knowledge in Data analysis and SQL is preferred
- Critical thinker, problem solver with adaptability
