What you will be doing
- Support daily activities in terms of operations - Eg. Onboarding, marketing activities, expansion, and other problem solving
- Build and improve sustainable relationships with partner
- Identify potential operational gaps with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with BD teams for better operations outcomes
- Perform basic data analysis related to the on/off-ramps program
- Write and publish announcements and other product documents
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing as a working language
- Ability to plan and write with strong communication skills
- Internship experience in operations and BD positions is preferred
- With strong learning ability, proactive work attitude, and strong team spirit. Good at identifying problems, giving feedback, and adapting to a new challenge
- Overseas study experience in finance and marketing related background is preferred
- Have curiosity or interest in the cryptocurrency industry
