What You Will Do

    • Build pipeline of candidates through variety of sourcing channels
    • Contacting and engaging candidates, managing their experience throughout the process
    • Qualifying candidates for competency and cultural fit
    • Managing and driving full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process
    • Managing multiple candidate channels including referrals, advertising and other campaigns
    • Working with people managers to identify the hiring requests
    • Collaborating with hiring managers to identify hiring criteria, align on industry standard and the needs of the organization
    • The HCs will cover group senior level positions, all frontline facing roles, crypto trading desk, security and tech.  

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU

    • 3+ years sourcing and recruitment experience for a tech startup/large technology company/recruitment agencies
    • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels(job sites, social networks, references etc.
    • Experienced in crypto or fintech related industry (Must)
    • Knowledge of the candidate market and companies
    • Passionate about the work, very proactive working >
    • Better to have HRBP working experience to support BP and global HR programs.
