Talent Acquisition Intern (Singapore)
The People Team is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern in Singapore. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the Talent Acquisition function in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition while working in a fast-paced and start-up environment.
What you will do:
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing and screening resumes of potential candidates using various online channels.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate timings for candidate-related activities.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Help develop and maintain the recruitment database and reports.
- Conduct market research on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
