About the role

We are actively seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. This role will be focusing on our Tech recruitment across Europe and play a key part in our Tech hiring strategy. We are operating with industry leading technologies, with a team of 80+ experts. The ideal candidate will be passionate and motivated to headhunt and deliver hires for an exciting FinTech start up.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will be a part of an experienced global team of technical recruiters
  • Your focus will be predominantly on Tech hires in the European region
  • Building and maintaining key relationships with business stakeholders
  • Conducting extensive headhunting searches through various modern platforms to identify superstars within the tech space
  • Conducting telephone screening calls, evaluating potential candidates and attract suitable candidates to join us

What you’ll need

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in technical recruitment
  • Experienced in using various searching tools
  • Understanding of the FinTech market
  • English C1+

  • Strong network of Tech candidates
  • Extensive understanding of modern technologies in IT
