Join Our Team: Business Development

Overview:

At ether.fi, we are seeking a smart and ambitious individual to join our Business Development team. This role reports directly to our Head of Growth. The role offers the autonomy to lead projects and be at the forefront of the evolving crypto ecosystem. You will be responsible to drive protocol outcomes, product adoption, and customer experience. You will develop and execute partnership strategies for business objectives. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for the crypto industry, and are eager to contribute to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking events, social media, and partnerships.

Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide valuable insights that inform business strategies.

Customer Outreach: Reach out to potential clients to introduce our products and services, articulate our value proposition, and understand their needs and pain points.

Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients to introduce our liquid staking protocol and understand their needs. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting in the development of sales strategies.

Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools, and provide regular reports on progress and performance.

Qualifications:

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Prior experience in a similar role or a strong passion for the crypto space is preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team

Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales enablement technologies

Passion for the crypto space and a desire to contribute to the growth of the industry
