About the Role:

Crypto.com is seeking Head of Partnership & Ecosystem Development. The role will be integral in the continued success and growth of Crypto.com’s partner programs to drive Ecosystem development and awareness for our products. This role is a unique combination of Partnership and strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Secure strategic partnerships with platform players in cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, telcos, banks, card companies and ecommerce to accelerate crypto.com’s products and services in Korea.
  • End of end delivery of partnership contract structuring and negotiations.
  • Build, oversee and manage portfolio of strategic partners’ accounts.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with key account stakeholders.
  • Deliver value propositions of Crypto.com’s products to current and prospective partners.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to develop growth strategy.
  • Partner with Analytics and Data Teams across functions to fully leverage company-level metrics, BI tools, data structure, and data request processes.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Information System, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science or relevant field.
  • 15 years of experience in partnerships, product management, consulting, investment banking or business development.
  • Ability to navigate complex environment and strong problem solving skills, business development and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and growth strategies.
  • Excellent command of Korean and English, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects with a strict eye for detail.
  • Knowledge on cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, e-commerce, accounting, and economics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive initiatives internally and externally.

Additionally, the salesperson may be involved in developing sales strategies and tactics, and tracking and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Overall, the main responsibility of a salesperson in the web3 field is to drive sales and revenue for the company.
