HoneyBricks is looking for an experienced Content & SEO Marketing Manager to build a high performing content marketing channel for our target audience who are interested in real estate, crypto and wealth management. This role reports to the Head of Marketing.
Immediate Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute a comprehensive SEO-powered content marketing strategy that drives key metrics across the customer lifecycle from awareness, acquisition, and customer engagement
- Produce a wide range of content including blog articles, how-to guides, customer stories, email newsletters, community posts, and site copy
- Create and manage an editorial calendar from content planning through production

- Consistently leverage data to uncover meaningful and actionable insights around how content is driving customer acquisition and conversion
- Perform regular content audits for content gap analysis and uncover optimization opportunities
- Coordinate outreach and external partnership efforts to optimize off-site SEO
- Monitor and drive technical SEO enhancements across all SEO pages using tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, ContentHarmony, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
- Monitor and report on SEO performance and trends to the company
- 3+ years in Content Marketing (fintech or real estate industry experience preferred)
- 3+ years of SEO management experience for highly competitive keyword groups, with deep knowledge of SEO best practices and concepts
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of the nuances between different customer personas and how to craft compelling messaging that speaks to them, their needs, and where our product fits in
- Experience working with and coaching writers to deliver high quality content which meets or exceeds content brief specifications
- Understanding how to drive value from and measure the impact of content
- Ability to identify patterns in data, synthesize insights, and use them to make content and optimize conversion funnel
- Experience in providing keyword research, forecasts, and performance reports around core SEO metrics, including backlinks, keyword ranking and traffic
- Excited to learn about new personal finance topics, develop relevant sources and communicate consumer-first advice
- Basic knowledge of blockchain, smart contracts, real estate, and decentralized finance
- Experience and existing network within personal finance, real estate investment, and alternative investment platforms is a strong plus
- Play a foundational role in the company as we redefine real estate investing
