About the Role
You will supercharge our team to focus on scaling the product, oversee internal ops, and enable the company to operate with speed and excellence.
You will:
- Team Logistics: Coordinate company wide business events and travel (flights, hotels, transportation, on-sites, off-sites, etc.), team lunches, team social events, and beyond
- Internal Admin: Support with the management of business systems, including but not limited to; onboarding/offboarding employees, keeping SaaS tools organized, managing receipts, and other administrative tasks
- Office Management: full ownership of the management of our Toronto office (where youâll work out of) as well as our SF office (remotely)
- Executive Support: Directly support the CEO, CTO, VP Operationsâmanage and optimize calendars, ensure efficient scheduling and prioritization, handle email organization and prioritization, manage relevant business and personal tasks
You are:
- 3+ years in a People Operations or Internal Admin role for a fast-paced company (tech, legal, investment banking, or similar)
- Highly attentiveâyour attention to detail is unmatched, no details escape you
- Extremely trustworthyâyou have experience being responsible with access to confidential and sensitive information
- Highly organizedâyouâre able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of tasks
- Fast learnerâyouâre a sharp, fast thinker with a high aptitude for learning

Compensation:
- Base salary of $114,000 CAD + tokens/equity

What does an Solana developer do?
As a Solana developer, your responsibilities would include designing, implementing, and maintaining applications on the Solana blockchain platform using Rust programming language
This would involve using the Solana software development kit (SDK) to write smart contracts and build decentralized applications (dApps) that make use of the platform's features and capabilities
You would also be responsible for ensuring that your dApps are secure, efficient, and scalable, and for testing and debugging your code to ensure its correct behavior
Additionally, you may be involved in the ongoing development and improvement of the Solana platform itself, working with other members of the Solana community to drive innovation and advance the state of blockchain technology.
