As our Strategic Alliances Lead for Mexico and Global Partnerships, you will lead high-impact initiatives that are critical to our growth and success. Who You Are

  • Proven English fluency.
  • Extensive experience in the financial ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong business planning and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in presenting ideas and strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Practical experience in prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing markets and new responsibilities.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Mexican SPEI is highly desirable and considered a plus.

What You Will Do

  • Drive strategic partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and establish key partnerships that align with Bitso's strategic goals and enhance our market presence in Mexico and globally.
  • Develop and execute business strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth and innovation within the payments ecosystem.
  • Enhance payment solutions: Lead initiatives to improve and expand our payment solutions, working very closely with our current partners such as our SPEI technology provider and global payments vendors.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful execution of partnership agreements and strategic projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to drive mutual success and growth.
  • Represent Bitso externally: Act as the face of Bitso at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing our innovative solutions and forging new connections.
  • Drive revenue growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, ensuring that Bitso remains a leader in the crypto space.
  • Innovate and optimize: Continuously seek out and implement innovative solutions and best practices to optimize our partnership and business development processes.
