You will work with Nuri's leadership to evaluate, incorporate, and form perspectives that directly impact key decision-making. You will be responsible to answer strategic questions and be an essential part in informing business & company strategy by providing relevant data & insights You run problem analysis, provide strategic insights to senior management and suggest options & solutions to top management You define and set up a structure for monthly reporting and monitoring of all areas across the business You build strong relationships especially with the Nuri's leadership team to bridge communication between top- and middle management You support the leadership round in increasing efficiency in collaboration and processes across the org You will consult the CEO on various strategic topics and own internal C-level communications strategy & structure and support in preparing management communication towards company, board and investors You prepare off-site content for management and leadership events and work closely with our Management Assistant

Your profile

You bring at least 3 years of working experience within consulting, and/or corporate strategy or a similar role You demonstrate capacity for developing and understanding business strategy You have gained experience working in complex organizations, working across boundaries and developing strong organizational relationships You are known for your analytical problem-solving and interpersonal skills You bring tolerance for ambiguity and thrive in fast-changing environments Experience working with top management is a plus People know you from your excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, whereas German is a plus
