Global Paid Ads User Acquisition Strategy Lead
Responsibilities:
- Ensure acquisition and ROAS goals are hit across all countries, BUs and channels
- Work with local teams and BUs to generate creative with creative team to push performance further
- Key point of contact for key business unit stakeholders
- Assist business unit stakeholders in calculating their product LTV and how they should optimise their product to be more conducive to user acquisition campaign performance
- Conduct monthly check-ins with business units
- Maintain SA360 and CM360 partnerships and platforms
- Implement directly or work with tech team to implement pixels and other attribution methods for new channels/platforms
- Ensure all reporting is up to date, accurate and easily accessible to all internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 5+ years professional experience with 2-5 years of Paid Ads acquisition experience on the client side
- 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
- Experience working in global /international roles preferred, a regional experience is a must
- Large budgets management
- SQL and data architecture skills (ability to pull data)
