This is a senior role within the Global Marketing team at Binance, reporting into the Director of Performance Marketing. This leader will bring deep experience to drive user acquisition via Paid Ads globally across all countries Binance operates in. 
With a team of implementation managers across major ads vendors, this role will be responsible for optimization strategy, attribution and working with all business units to help them drive product adoption via new user acquisition.

This person should be moderately experienced with SQL and data architecture to ensure reporting and performance is the class of the Performance Marketing industry. A self-proclaimed ‘data nerd’ over a pure marketer is preferred.

Responsibilities:

    • Ensure acquisition and ROAS goals are hit across all countries, BUs and channels
    • Work with local teams and BUs to generate creative with creative team to push performance further
    • Key point of contact for key business unit stakeholders
    • Assist business unit stakeholders in calculating their product LTV and how they should optimise their product to be more conducive to user acquisition campaign performance
    • Conduct monthly check-ins with business units
    • Maintain SA360 and CM360 partnerships and platforms
    • Implement directly or work with tech team to implement pixels and other attribution methods for new channels/platforms
    • Ensure all reporting is up to date, accurate and easily accessible to all internal stakeholders

Requirements:

    • 5+ years professional experience with 2-5 years of Paid Ads acquisition experience on the client side
    • 1+ year of leadership experience preferred
    • Experience working in global /international roles preferred, a regional experience is a must
    • Large budgets management
    • SQL and data architecture skills (ability to pull data)
