We’re looking to hire an accomplished leader as our first Director, Growth Marketing. You will be joining at the ground level with the opportunity to develop our acquisition strategy, build a world-class team, and execute to deliver against our ambitious company goals.
Our ideal candidate will have broad interest across the sports, finance, technology (e.g., crypto, NFT) verticals and comfort working regularly with product, engineering, data science, UX, and internal and external marketing and content partners.
You will be ambitious yet humble, smart yet scrappy and bring a proven track record of building teams and delivering results.
You will…
- Be passionate (and an expert) on all things growth marketing and emerging technologies, especially app-based customer acquisition tactics.
- Have a track record of delivering innovative solutions throughout the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel
- Lead the strategy and establish best-in-class practices across digital and traditional media channels such as paid social, search, AppStore discovery, affiliates, TV, podcasts, direct mail within a direct response environment.
- Build, lead, and develop a diverse team of world-class growth marketers
- Be accountable for developing and executing a strategy that delivers results. Proactively identify and close gaps.
- Be data-driven, using rigorous testing frameworks to improve conversion rate, improve LTV and deliver incremental new customers.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance (e.g., copy, design, data science, digital product)
