VP of Business - Web3 Metaverse

Profile

We are looking for an innovative & experienced business executive who will be leading all aspects of marketing and growth initiatives for our client. This is a hands-on role with a large business impact, which will oversee Business Development & Marketing/Community.

Responsibilities

• Manage and forge key business/partner relationships with web2 and web3 companies, reporting to CEO/COO.
• Establish comprehensive GTM strategies to launch our web3 metaverse platform worldwide & manage ZTX’s marketing/community team through execution.
• Analyze the performance of partnership initiatives and marketing activations, work with the COO to establish budgets, and measure progress/ROI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-growth web2 or web3 startup, ideally in gaming, entertainment, content, or social sector
• 2+ years of work experience in web3 marketing or general BD/partnerships
• Excellent communication and risk management skills; capable of making tough decisions and pushing difficult or sensitive dialogue to keep project on course
• Passion for 0 to 1 startup culture
• Native English proficiency and excellent writing skills

Nice to haves

• You've worked in a start-up environment.
• You have experience launching new AAA games or marketplace platforms to the public
