About the role

Palm NFT Studio is looking for a Junior Designer who is eager to learn and enjoys tackling a variety of digital design challenges including newsletters and social media assets. The responsibilities include creating designs according to specifications, collaborating with team members, and various other tasks.

You should thrive in a remote yet collaborative work environment and be a positive and enthusiastic team member. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including design rationale and process

We're remote first and our teams span multiple time zones. As the Junior Designer, you will work directly with our Community Creative Lead to create materials that include but are not limited to:

• Social media graphics
• Email marketing
• One-pagers and white papers
• Slide Decks

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and milestones
• Understanding of design fundamentals including typography, layout, print, and digital
• A striking portfolio with a range of design projects
• Affinity for staying on top of industry trends
• Ability to work both independently and as part of multiple teams
• An interest in NFTs and Blockchain technology
• Graphic design: 2 years (Required)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 2+ years (Required)
• Experience with FIGM: 2+ years (Required)
• Having worked in a remote environment

Bonus points

• Having worked in a startup
• A degree in Visual Communications or Graphic Design
• Experience
