Job Summary:
We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to play a critical part in building the Fortress sales engine.  In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of our Web3 business primarily within but not limited to the Affiliate/Direct Selling/Network Marketing vertical, working closely with our Executive Vice President and Senior Executives.  Promoting innovative Web 3 Technology solutions being Blockchain and NFT based, to a target audience on a B2B basis.
The ideal candidate is a target driven individual who has a strong desire to cultivate a supportive and collaborative team dynamic.  A confident relationship builder who asks appropriate questions with the right decision makers.  An engaging, self-starter. Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Affiliate & Direct Selling Industry, either from within or as a Vendor

Responsibilities:
·       Research and identify vertical specific targets.
·       Build relationships, preferably already established with Key Stakeholders.
·       Engage via a consultative approach of identifying needs.
·       Build and present proposals to C level executives clear and confidently.
·       Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and ensure delivery of quarterly goals.
·       Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop and execute campaigns and other tactics to drive revenue growth.
·       A Subject Matter Expert in the Value of Web3 technology from Fortress for B2B.

 Qualifications:
·       Experience using and managing sales tools. 
·       Mentality and thought leadership for innovation and disruptive technologies.
·       A creative strategic thinker.
·       Knowledge of Web3.0 solutions, the value they can bring to B2B opportunities.
·       Comfortable in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work independently and adaptively, anticipate and mitigate friction points, and take initiative to promptly resolve and learn from challenges.
·       High levels of self-motivation, ownership, and adaptability, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
·       25-50% Travel domestically within the United States.
