About the Role

We are currently looking for a Crypto Marketing and Community Manager to help lead our growing efforts to help our community grow and provide an amazing experience. The ideal person will have proven experience building communities, branding, demand generation, social media and content marketing. You’ll be a proactive and curious member of our growing marketing team, identifying growth opportunities to help Outdefine grow.

What you'll do:

• Set, plan and execute campaigns to grow the Outdefine community
• Build a strong, engaged community and ‘Fly the flag’ as part of Outdefine’s mission through variety of channels including web, social media (twitter, reddit) and messaging platforms (discord, telegram)
• Design and distribute engaging text, image and video content through these channels
• Help us with our branding and content strategy
• Monitor, track and report on SEO and analytics
• Organize and manage online events and webinars to boost brand awareness
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends in the crypto industry
• Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a marketing or community manager or similar role
• Must have working knowledge of crypto, web3 or blockchain industry
• Experience planning and leading communities in both Twitter and Discord
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs including website traffic, reviews and engagement
• Ability to communicate and uphold online community guidelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant work experience
• 3 years’ experience or more in a community or marketing role
