About the Team:

The Finance function at Okcoin is responsible for accounting, tax, treasury, platform operations, customer support assistance, financial reporting, cost management, and financial infrastructure support to drive the overall growth of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As the AP Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the accounting team focusing on accurately and timely recording company expenses into the accounting system. Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.

• Process various invoice and expense reimbursement types accurately and efficiently for our divisions in the accounting system
• Compute and apply basic mathematical functions (percentages, decimals and prorated amounts)
• Provide excellent customer service to external and internal customers
• Research and resolve inquiries for vendors and internal business units
• Assist with reconciliation of vendor statements and aging review
• Assist with preparing data file uploads
• Perform special assignments as required by management

What We Look For In You:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance, Accounting, Economics preferred)
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a corporate finance setting
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and be effective in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced business environment
• Ability to deliver on commitments
• Desire and willingness to learn new skills
• Self-motivator with a positive professional disposition

Nice To Haves:

• Experience working with Oracle NetSuite ERP
• Experience with expense applications (Expensify, Concur, TripActions, etc)
• Experience in a multi-location company
• Ability to use keyboard by touch to input alphanumeric data
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience working across time zones and cross cultural teams
• Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space
