A bit about the role:
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and lead all aspects of web3 marketing and community building for our projects. Your mission is to create value for our partners by driving excitement and fostering engagement.
In this role, you will own all web3 marketing responsibilities for our games, working closely with the partner development teams, who own web2 marketing. You will lead their narrative development and community strategy and actively manage their channels including Discord and Twitter.
Through your prior experience working on NFT projects and/or web3 game launches, you will create comprehensive communications and marketing plans, including defining milestones, managing a budget and outlining the resources required. To achieve this, you should be capable of solving blockers that come your way!

You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the overall web3 marketing strategy and narrative planning of Portfolio Game projects, working closely with the partner developer’s marketing team.
- Manage the sale of NFT collections and the launch of game tokens.
- Develop community engagement and growth plans, including organising events and building content plans.
- Serve as the voice of our projects, including moderating Discord groups and managing Twitter accounts.
- Onboard new community members and help them become active contributors of the community.
- Synthesise insights from community interactions, surface critical issues to the product teams and address key community concerns.
- Develop an incident/crisis community playbook.
- Identify and work with key influencers to promote games to target audiences.
- Build a standardised process for working with Portfolio Game partners, including templatized timelines, checklists and tools.
- Understand and be able to identify trends and opportunities in the web3 gaming landscape.
We would love you to have:
- Experience launching an NFT project and selling out
- Experience building a web3 project community, including managing Discord and Twitter
- Experience with developing narratives for web3 projects
- Passion for tech, blockchain and NFTs
- Project management skills to launch and maintain campaigns aligned for community building
Some extra skills that would be awesome:
- Experience working on, or launching a web3 game
- Understanding of web2 marketing, including performance marketing/UA
