We're looking for a Blockchain Analyst to lead research efforts across the crypto landscape. This role is ideal for someone who loves diving deep into protocols, understanding the mechanics of on-chain ecosystems, and translating technical insights into actionable product direction. You will work closely with our product, strategy, and engineering teams to shape Wallet’s positioning in an increasingly competitive and fast-moving space.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze leading and emerging blockchain protocols (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, TON) from both technical and ecosystem perspectives.
• Benchmark self-custody wallet products across UX, features, monetization, and adoption.
• Track and interpret wallet usage trends, token flows, and protocol adoption metrics.
• Monitor and evaluate smart contract designs, account abstraction approaches, and key innovations in the wallet landscape.
• Identify potential integrations, use cases, or threats relevant to our growth.
• Produce concise, data-backed research briefs and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to validate ideas or refine features based on market trends.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of blockchain technologies, smart contracts, and infrastructure.
• Experience conducting in-depth research on crypto protocols and DeFi/NFT/bridge ecosystems.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools like Dune.
• Solid understanding of how self-custody wallets work (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom, OKX Wallet, etc.)
• Ability to distill complex technical topics into crisp, actionable insights.
• Prior experience in a crypto research, product, or strategy role is a major plus.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-impact environment.
• Bonus: familiarity with TON and Telegram ecosystem products.
