The Ecosystem Partnerships Team is responsible for creating and managing relationships with strategic partners that support the Sui ecosystem. We’re looking for a partnerships management professional to support Mysten Labs’ growth efforts.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and help grow partnerships with app and game developers by working closely with Partnership Development Managers and Developer Relations Managers to help solve for the developer’s business aspirations and challenges
  • Build trusted long-term partner relationships by helping to bring them the best of Sui’s tools and offerings.
  • Develop a fundamental understanding of growth consulting and analyzing key platform metrics to help the partner products grow
  • Manage operational excellence with partners to help them execute opportunities to deliver on their strategic goals.
  • Build relationships and work with a cross-functional network of internal teams to help address partner issues on Sui.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • You are a creative problem solver who embraces change and ambiguity. You know how to navigate within highly regulated and/or ambiguous landscapes.
  • You can manage priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You love learning, especially bleeding edge tech like DeFi, NFTs DAOs and Web3
  • You are a strong communicator comfortable presenting to internal stakeholders and external partners
  • You bring 4+ years of experience in a technological organization, business development, consulting, finance, strategy, partnerships, sales, or business/product operations
  • Experience working in the games industry and/or leading partnerships with games/apps developers
  • You have experience managing and growing complex partnerships that require cross-functional teamwork within an organization
  • You can pivot on the fly. Crypto is constantly evolving, so our priorities do, too. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today, and that excites you. You’re not looking for a 9-5 job.
