The People Team is looking for a Senior Program Manager, People Operations to play a pivotal role in partnering with the HR and Talent Acquisitions team to support HR and Talent activities, systems and processes, while providing world class customer service to our employee base across the world. Participate in critical people and cross functional projects & initiatives that are beneficial to employees in the US, UK, Singapore, setting scalable frameworks as we expand our footprint globally Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to implement and continuously refine HR operational processes and services with a focus on scalability and simplicity Enable maximizing efficiency and upscaling processes, including proposing new or improved processes, guidelines, tools and systems to support the organization’s needs Collaborate across the People Team to create and continuously fine-tune programs and policies through feedback loops, metrics, trends, key insights and detailed analyses Oversee all aspects of global benefits from answering employee questions, resolving issues with vendors, assist in managing leaves of absence to managing annual renewals and open enrollments Manage the HR mailbox for employee questions and requests ensuring all requests are handled timely with care and escalate issues to other members of the People team as appropriate Support the organization with employee related reporting, audit, and data integrity requests and initiatives Partner closely with the Payroll and Accounting Teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing Participate in system testing tied to new program, system or process rollouts Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible Immerse yourself in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency for enterprises and investors, our regulation-first approach, and more!
Your experience should include:
5+ years of HR Operations or Generalist experience Proven ability to plan, prioritize and drive to success multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated subject matter expertise in benefits, immigration and employment law and people policies and processes Ability to manage data and perform analyses using excel and google sheets Superior organizational skills and excellent attention to detail Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships and priorities Previous Workday experience required Experience with commonly used HR systems such as as Workday, CultureAmp, Lattice, Okta, Google Suite, Docusign, Greenhouse
