Senior Marketing Manager
💥 What will you do?
- Working in close partnership with the Marketing Director to craft the marketing strategy for the region.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on historic quantitative results and predicted business impact.
- Conducting market research, ensuring the voice of our customers’ is heard, keeping up to speed with market trends and foreseeing future trends, to inform marketing decisions and strategies.
- Creating and executing innovative multi-channel demand generation campaigns, in close collaboration with the wider marketing team, to ensure sales targets are met.
- Measuring and reporting on all regional marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met and value is communicated.
- Building brand awareness and thought leader status with target audiences, partners, influencers and investors in partnership with the PR and communications team and (where necessary) local PR agencies.
- Building and fostering relationships with local and global analysts, including vendor briefings, report contributions, co-marketing activities and more.
- Working, together with the partnerships team, to grow, nurture and maximize revenue from our partnership network.
- Working across multiple channels to communicate Merkle Science’s value proposition and differentiators at scale in a competitive market.
- Working with our trade association and industry partners to identify and deliver co-marketing impactful activities.
- Creating marketing content and sales tools such as customer testimonials and case studies, press releases, videos, website copy, blog and social posts to support the end-to-end buyer and client journeys.
- Researching, planning and executing world class events and webinars.
- Researching and executing award programmes.
- Identifying, applying for and managing accelerator programmes.
- Managing relationships with 3rd party agencies, partners, vendors and influencers.
- Working closely with sales to ensure that marketing leads are evaluated and progressed through the client buying process.
- Working with sales and marketing operations to enhance our understanding of the target addressable market - including data mapping, gapping and building.
👀 What are we looking for?
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally working for B2B SaaS company in hypergrowth.
- Experience in the crypto industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong bias to action - we are a rapidly scaling company and the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of keeping pace with the demands of a company like ours and delivering measurable marketing generated growth.
- Ability to build effective relationships with business stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: the successful candidate will be expected to write marketing and sales collateral with minimal oversight.
- Ability to take complex topics and create compelling narratives for target audiences.
- Expertise at understanding highly technical customers and their needs.
- An understanding of our product’s core concepts (cryptocurrencies, crypto crime, and cybersecurity) is a plus.
