The Mysten Labs product team is looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive product and feature delivery from ideation to launch in a collaborative, cross-functional, and innovative environment. The web3 space including Layer 1 blockchains is highly dynamic and rapidly evolving on an unprecedented timescale. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a balance between strategic thinking and pragmatic solutioning, and enthusiasm for infrastructure challenges. You will bridge business needs to technical implementations, formulate roadmaps and project plans, and shepherd day-to-day execution with high-quality decisions-making. You will work cross-functionally to bring products to the hands of the community, partners, and app builder, while developing a deep understanding of the Sui ecosystem and the L1 market space.  

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with engineers and engineering leadership on solution, roadmap, and project plan definition 

  • Collaborate with developer relations and partnership to enable and strengthen the Sui ecosystem

  • Collaborate with marketing on product promotion and positioning

  • Collaborate with vertical (gaming, finance, commerce, growth) PMs and UX experience PMs 

  • Formulate strategy and go-to-market plans for selected launches

  • Oversee day-to-day execution - drive prioritization, resolve ambiguity, remove blockers, escalate as necessary, streamline processes, 

  • Research L1 market, competition, and requirements as needed

  • Represent Mysten products to our community and ecosystem at public forums

Who You Are:

  • Experience with distributed infrastructure or distributed platform technologies 

  • Able to break down complexity into executable steps, and possess the analytical propensity to navigate high-stakes tradeoffs

  • 5+ years of technical product management or equivalent technical program management experience

  • Experience working cross-functionally across engineering, UI/UX, tech writer, developer relations, partnership

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, able to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with L1 blockchain technologies

  • 0-to-1 experience for large-scale distributed infrastructure services

  • Experience working in a planet-scale setting and comfortable driving decisions for products used by billions of people
