About The Role:

Startup Toolkit is a new application in the NEAR ecosystem that allows entrepreneurs, innovators, builders, and enthusiasts to transform their ideas and dreams into viable businesses. The application serves as a centralized hub to enable founders to start and run their businesses. It’ll serve to enable customers to create accounts as well as build and manage their DApps, communities, funds, investors, and partners. The app will serve as an example of building an incubation ecosystem on top of the NEAR protocol.
The goal of this position is to rapidly create web and mobile application interfaces, engage feedback from stakeholders both internally and from the community, and work with builders to help shape the direction and usability of the product.
What You'll Be Doing:
Product Management
- Contribute to and shape overall strategy and decision-making about product direction.
- Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
- Identify problems, define goals and opportunities, test hypotheses and prototype solutions, perform user research, and collaborate closely with engineers.
- Define priorities through data analysis both qualitative and quantitative.
- Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interaction designs.
- Guide other product managers on delivering subsets of the overall product, leading by example and setting standards for success.
- Design and ship high-quality product improvements to existing products as well as new features.
- Help to establish, document, and implement partnerships, setting us up to scale our team and product.
- Work on key features with ownership end-to-end, from the research phase all the way through to implementation
- Facilitate product reviews and usability testing to gather feedback on your directions and proposed solutions.
- Define and report on key product performance metrics that contribute to the overall success of the product and the company.
What We're Looking For:
- Ideally 5+ years as a PM or engineer/ founder with experience delivering technical products owning strategic roadmaps in startup environments.
- Experience leading a team of product managers, designers, researchers, etc.
- Ability to create product vision and execute across all areas of product strategy, development, and project management.
- Professional experience working in fast-paced startup teams and with multiple applications
- A relentless hunger to learn.
- Blazing intelligence and a world-class standard of execution.
- You should be a great communicator and remain calm under pressure or when juggling multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field is a must.

- Web and mobile design experience.
