Role Overview
To achieve our goals, we’re building an A-star sales team and looking to add a Partner Care Specialist with a customer success focus to our crew. You will work with the Sales Team on increasing the profitability of the partnerships and ensuring highest levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
Improve the performance:
- Drive additional revenue by improving the overall integration performance.
- Be an excellent listener who is able to spot upselling opportunities early on and drive them towards the Sales team.
Nurture the relationship:
- Onboard new clients to our environment and get them acquainted with features of Ramp.
- Grow the accounts by delivering exceptional customer experience on a daily basis.
Keep it clean:
- Manage the customer portfolio and revenue streams.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of the integration and work closely with the Product and Sales team to continuously improve the process.
